Ingredients
- 2 oz. Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch Bourbon
- .75 oz. Lemon Juice
- .75 oz. Simple Syrup
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin over ice and shake. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry.

Orange Smash
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Evan Williams Black
- 1 oz. Bar Sour
- 1 oz. Orange Juice
- Splash of lemon lime soda
- Garnish with an orange slice
Instructions
Build ingredients over ice in a highball glass.
Oklahoma
Boomer Berry Smash
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Evan Williams Black
- 1 oz. Blackberry Liqueur
- 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake until chilled. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig or lemon wheel.
