Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Evan Williams Bottled-In-Bond
- Ginger ale
- 1 Lemon peel
Instructions:
Add Evan Williams Bottled-In-Bond to a glass filled with ice. Fill with ginger ale and garnish with a long strip of lemon peel.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz. Evan Williams Bottled-In-Bond
- 1 oz. Campari®
- 1 oz. Sweet vermouth
- 1 orange twist
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice and stir to combine. Garnish with an orange twist

Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch
- 1 1/2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
- Cherry
Instructions:
Build and stir in pre-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

evan old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch
- Dash of Angostura® Bitters
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 oz. splash of soda/water
- Cherry
- Orange slice
- Lemon twist
Instructions:
Place sugar in an old fashioned or lowball glass and soak the bitters. Add a cherry, orange wedge and splash of water, and muddle the ingredients into a thick citrus paste with the back of a bar spoon. Fill the glass with ice and add Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch. Stir and garnish with a slice of orange and cherry and add a twist of lemon.

CLASSIC EVAN SOUR
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch Bourbon
- 1 part Lemon juice
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Powdered sugar
- Dash of soda
- Orange slice or cherry
Instructions:
Shake Bourbon, juice and sugar well with cracked ice and strain into pre-chilled sour glass. Add good dash of soda. Garnish with slice of orange and maraschino cherry.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon
- 1 oz. Triple sec
- 1 oz. Lemon juice
- Lemon twist
Instructions:
Take lemon and moisten rim of old fashioned glass. Sprinkle superfine sugar on rim of glass. Combine Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon, Triple Sec and lemon juice. Shake ingredients together with cracked ice. Strain into old fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

CLASSIC MINT JULEP
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Water
- 2-3 Mint sprigs
- Shaved ice
Instructions:
Fill 3/4 of cup with shaved ice. Add Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon, then sugar solution. Stir gently. Add ice to fill cup. Garnish with mint sprig.
