Bourbon Peach Smash

Ingredients

1/2 cup Diced and Peeled Peaches
3 or 4 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Lemon Wedge
1 oz. Water
2 oz. Evan Williams Peach
1 Sprig of Mint

Instructions

Muddle all ingredients except Evan Williams Peach in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and Evan Williams Peach. Shake and strain well into an ice-filled old fashioned glass and garnish with a peach slice and a sprig of mint.
